OUR STORY

Built from Experience. Driven by Purpose.

EvolveWell didn't begin with software. It began with years spent

coaching people, leading frontline teams, and seeing firsthand what happens when good employees are promoted into leadership without the tools or support to succeed. We didn't set out to build another platform.

We set out to solve a problem we'd lived.

What We Learned

What We Learned

The Same Pattern, Everywhere.

We saw the same pattern play out everywhere. The best person on the team gets promoted into leadership, then handed dozens of people to manage with little training, few tools, and no preparation for what leadership actually requires.

Employees

Feel unheard, unsupported, and unsure if anyone knows their day-to-day reality.

Managers

Understand their team needs more from them, but lack the visibility, guidance, and confidence to lead effectively.

Executives

See the outcomes: turnover, disengagement, compliance issues, but rarely the everyday experiences causing them.

Three levels of the same organization, each experiencing a different part of the problem, yet none of them truly connected.

they build workplaces where everyone succeeds.

01

Employees are heard.

Their day-to-day reality reaches the people who can act on it.

02

Managers are
equipped to lead.

With the guidance, context, and confidence to act.

03

Leaders gain the
visibility to act.

Who we are

The team behind EvolveWell

Peter Kennedy

Chairman & Co-Founder

Prior to EvolveWell, Peter founded Tagger Media, a leading influencer marketing and social intelligence platform, and led it to a successful acquisition by Sprout Social. His work today is grounded in a deeper exploration of how people grow, remember who they are, and lead from that place, a philosophy that shapes everything we build at EvolveWell. He is also the author of The Remembering: A Journey Back to Self, exploring what it means to lead and build from purpose.

Alex King-Harris

Co-Founder

Alex's work centers on the human side of AI training, the belief that technology alone doesn't change behavior, but technology paired with culture, mindfulness, and real human connection does. With over 25 years as a breathwork facilitator, he leads our weekly EvolveWell Journeys sessions, the same practice that keeps our team grounded. He spent 15 years building Yogitunes, a music licensing platform, and brings that experience to EvolveWell's approach to enterprise.

Desiree Perez

CEO

Desiree leads strategy, product, and operations at EvolveWell, an AI-powered Workforce Intelligence Platform helping frontline organizations support and retain their people. Her perspective is personal. At 20 she started at a major German airport, managing a team of 80 by 22, and saw firsthand how disconnected frontline workers can be from the systems meant to support them. She holds a Master's in Leadership and Strategy, an MBA, an ICF PCC credential, and a Chief AI Officer certification.

Kathryn Sabol
Kathryn Sabol

She believes great operations are really about people: the right structure gives teams the clarity and confidence to do their best work. For more than a decade she ran an apparel and gift company she grew into a multimillion-dollar business through lasting partnerships with brands including Crayola, before leading it to a successful exit. She then spent eight years at the Co-Active Training Institute leading faculty, operations, and customer support teams. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), she has coached business owners and leaders on leadership, accountability, and growth.
