The human side of training technology.

EvolveWell was born from the understanding of how people truly grow. We took those principles and built a platform that helps organizations

develop and retain their frontline teams, in a more human way.

How we got here

How we got here

A problem worth solving.

1
The gap no one was filling.

Frontline industries lose 70 to 80 percent of their workforce every year. Every departure restarts a costly training cycle.

New hires operate before they are fully ready. Knowledge gaps compound. And leadership has no real-time visibility into any of it. The tools in place were built for a different era. The workforce has changed. The tools have not.

2
We built something different.

Our founders, Peter Kennedy and Alex King-Harris, spent years scaling enterprise technology and watching the same pattern repeat: organizations investing heavily in their people with no way to know if it was working.

They founded EvolveWell on a single belief: that AI, used with intention, could give frontline organizations the visibility and infrastructure they have never had.

3
The market pulled us in.

The industries that responded fastest were the ones with the most to lose: aviation, hospitality, automotive, healthcare. High turnover, high stakes, and no purpose-built solution.

What started as a conviction became a platform. What became a platform is now being deployed across some of the largest frontline operations in the world.

The kind of development once reserved for executives should be accessible to every frontline worker. That’s what we’re building.

Who we are

The team behind EvolveWell

Peter Kennedy

CEO & Co-Founder

Prior to EvolveWell, Peter founded Tagger Media, a leading influencer marketing and social intelligence platform, and led it to a successful acquisition by Sprout Social. His work today is grounded in a deeper exploration of how people grow, remember who they are, and lead from that place, a philosophy that shapes everything we build at EvolveWell. He is also the author of The Remembering: A Journey Back to Self, exploring what it means to lead and build from purpose.

Alex King-Harris

Co-Founder

Alex's work centers on the human side of AI training, the belief that technology alone doesn't change behavior, but technology paired with culture, mindfulness, and real human connection does. With over 25 years as a breathwork facilitator, he leads our weekly EvolveWell Journeys sessions, the same practice that keeps our team grounded. He spent 15 years building Yogitunes, a music licensing platform, and brings that experience to EvolveWell's approach to enterprise.

Desiree Perez

Chief Operating Officer

Desiree leads strategy, operations, and go-to-market execution at EvolveWell. With over a decade in aviation operations, people development, and organizational transformation, she brings rare depth to the future of frontline work. A graduate of the University of Miami's Chief AI Officer program, she's driven by a simple belief: the development tools available to the C-suite should be accessible to every frontline worker.

Rob Kelley

Chief Revenue Officer

Rob Kelley is a revenue leader specializing in scaling SaaS platforms. As CRO at EvolveWell, he oversees the full revenue lifecycle — new business, customer expansion, and customer success — ensuring the company acquires, retains, and grows the right customers. Previously, he led sales at Tagger Media through its growth into an award-winning influencer marketing platform and its successful acquisition by Sprout Social. He operates from a conviction that durable growth is built on deep customer outcomes, not just closed deals.

Marc Fletcher

Chief Technology Officer

Marc is a seasoned CTO with over 12 years’ experience scaling early stage ventures from inception to market leadership. He combines deep technical leadership with COO operational experience, aligning strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes. He is known for creating focus and structure within complex, high-growth environments. He holds a PhD from Cambridge University, and his background as a skydiving instructor underpins a leadership style defined by precision and calm under pressure.

Jack Browner

Director of Business Development

Jack manages business development and strategy at EvolveWell, working with clients across aviation, hospitality, and enterprise to get the platform in front of frontline teams. Before EvolveWell, he worked in technology M&A consulting, helping mid-market companies navigate transactions, tech diligence, and post-close operations. His focus has been a combination of selling and figuring out what the people on the ground actually need.

Katie Koerner

Marketing Manager

Katie, Marketing Manager at EvolveWell, brings the platform's story to the people who need it most. Guided by the belief that technology only creates real change when it's built around people, she ensures the human side of what we build is always front and center.

Vuk Baletic

OUR CULTURE

OUR CULTURE

We Build What We Live

EvolveWell exists to help frontline organizations retain, develop, and

support their people. That belief starts inside our own walls.

People first, always.

We prioritize the growth of our team as individuals, not just as employees. We believe that people who feel supported do their best work, and that the same principles that drive our product are the very same principles we use to run our company every day.

We practice what we build.

Our team engages in regular breathwork, reflection, and mindfulness practices during the workweek. We build tools that help organizations support their people between moments of performance. We hold ourselves to the same standard.

Transformation has to be felt.

We invest directly in our team's development through immersive experiences, workshops, and shared practices. We do not just study human development. We live it. That firsthand experience shapes every product decision we make.

The same principles, inside and out.

The platform we build helps frontline workers feel informed, supported, and seen. Our internal culture operates the same way. Awareness, growth, and genuine care for the people doing the work. That is not a marketing line. It is how we show up every day.
