The gap was real.

Between scaling a 100+ person SaaS company and spending 25 years studying how people actually change, our founders kept running into the same problem.

Knowledge got lost between locations. Employees took longer than they should to feel confident. Managers spent more time re-explaining than leading.

What people were taught and what they actually retained didn’t match, and the gap kept showing up everywhere.

Peter and Alex connected around a shared belief: AI, used with intention, could close the gap between how people are trained and how they actually grow.

They began building EvolveWell as a platform for coaches to strengthen leadership development in organizations.

At its core was an engine designed to detect where understanding breaks down and reinforce it in real time.

The frontline recognized it.

Desiree, now EvolveWell's COO, came from a decade in aviation operations and recognized the knowledge gap engine immediately.

The same technology that detected where understanding broke down for coaching clients could do the same for frontline operations teams.

What started in aviation is now being applied across industries where trained workers are hard to find and too easy to lose.
